I spent many years hiding behind masks of many titles. I was pretending that all was well in my world. On the outside, it appeared that I had a beautiful life. On the inside, I was struggling every day to stay alive and not give in to the hurt and pain that I was dealing with silently on my own. Even after a failed attempt to take my own life, it took some time to value who I am.

Low self-esteem!

No value for my own worth or life.

Gave up on having happiness and joy.

Turned to self-destructive behaviors.

Attempted suicide.

All because I was wearing a mask and not being true to myself. I had lost value in my authenticity. I didn't know who I was anymore and accepted the vision others had for my life.

I was broken and hiding until a Light lifted up my head and my heart. The Light taught me the essentials of self-love and I haven't looked back since. I've healed from the abuse of my past and am on a continuous journey to help others heal and embrace the essence of who they are and not allow the past to interfere with their future.
